We talked about this. If buying property...would we camp/explore less? With three small boys, we might have. The time taking care of a large piece of property, the wants and needs of change...would have kept us home more. We decided to not buy a large plot of land and continue to travel and explore.
If we had....I might have done with RV's for a bit. I understand your situation and I'd sell it and buy another when feel the need again. I always consider RV's to be the worst vehicle to own and not use. If we didn't go at least once a month I wouldn't bother.
