I was not able to use my camper for about 9 mos. last year. Sold house, bought another and spent most of my free time repainting the interior and getting the property straightened out. Made me sick thinking about the camper just sitting. And sure enough, my priorities changed and I was camping again. I am glad I did not sell it.
