Sell it. It is a depreciating asset, especially since you keep it outside. The weather, mice, etc will be wearing it down. It is about as old as it can get and still qualify for a loan for the purchaser. Once it gets to be 9 or 10 years old, you will be limited to cash buyers, and the value will take a big hit.
A truck camper is not a rare find. If you get the hankerin' for another in the future, there are plenty to choose from and you can always sniff out a good deal again.
We have a HiLO trailer in the shed that has not been used in 5 years, and only used once per year for 10 years prior to that, but my wife won't let me sell it. At least it is in almost new condition because it has always been inside. If it had sat out, it would be junk by now.
