Yes I am different, don't constantly need to be lubed up on the next great product.
Ron you have had a 4th gen RAM with a 68RFE and now one with an Aisin, so I think you are in a good position to tell us about the Aisin being a POC tranny as a daily driver. So???
They are both great Transmissions for daily driving. Both of mine shifted nice and solid with no flair shifts. No dead pedal on either. Trick to both is to run tow haul.
I have owned custom built diesel trans. Both drive like refined built diesel trans.
Now if you want to talk towing. The AISIN is hands down better for heavy loads.
