Is such a low cargo carrying capacity possible?

I looked that model up on Evergreen's website, and it indeed does have a CCC of 488 lbs. However, other models in the IGO series have CCC's over 1,000 lbs. Maybe a misprint? I'd contact Evergreen and ask.
