Is the 38RLT Salem a park model or TT, sliding glass doors?

Here's a dumb question, and the only reason I ask is one site will say it's a park model and another a TT, so which is it? It's a Salem/wildwood (same thing different color logos) 38RLT. It looks ...

It's listed on the Forest River Web site as a TT not a destination TT. If you look at the Forest River Web site you can see the destination models. Park models do not have tanks and tend to look more like a house. Destination TT are more for a seasonal site where you tow them to (a destination), they have tanks and look more like a TT but tend to be larger and heavier.
