The easy way is a bit of an art that takes some practice.

Pull in and set up the TT (with blocks if needed) so that it tilts up a bit up on the slide side (if only one side). Then when the slide(s) goes out, the weight of it levels out the TT. You also won't have to move back and forth with a slide(s) out.

If you put your slide out before leveling, you will have to crawl under the slide to put the wheel chock on and that ain't fun in the rain. If you have electric stabilizers, you can't tighten up or loosen just one side.

New fridges will work out of level. Our Norcold manual says it will work several degrees out of level. Don't know about Dometic. The worst thing for us abut not being level side to side is that the bathroom door keeps swinging open unless shut properly. (I have a feeling the wall is out of plumb a bit.)

Level first. Otherwise you have to move the trailer with the slide out.

If your slides are all on one side, leave that side a touch higher as the trailer will lean a little when the slide goes out.

Also, go back and tighten the non-slide side stabilizers as the shift tends to take pressure off them.

Add long as the RV frig is level, it doesn't matter to me which way it's set up.I think to many people don't pay enough attention to leveling the frig...

There are only two main failures with gas RV refrigerators (Dometic, Norcold and selected other).
 
 #1 The RV refrigerator is run unleveled causing the cooling unit boiler to overhead, block and crack.
 
#2 The RV refrigerator cooling unit's steel tubing rusts and the ammonia/hydrogen gas leaks out.

When I pull into an RV park there are a lot of nice RVers with good info and bad info. I read my manual and set up per manufacturer instructions. Does it make a difference how I level? Maybe. So I just follow manufacturers advise.

Level first, then slide. Ditto on the ice in the tall glass......

I don't know about your slides but my Super slide makes a level trailer unlevel, a slide out/tip out does not.I either have to adjust accordingly when leveling or put the jacks down and tight before I put out the slide.
