That will be bumper tow. Load rating and rear qxle ratings are what you need.
My 07 quad cab dually scales at 8000 pounds. 11,5GVWR. So that means I can load 3500 pounds without exceeding the GVWR. If your looking at a SRW look at tire load rating too.
