Actually, there is a roof you can get that is low, low maintenance. Unfortunately if I tell you I'd get deleted so pm me for the information. It's expensive but to us it's worth the cost.

Why would you get deleted? Here is something I plan on checking out when the need arises. Its called FlexArmor, and was developed especially for RV roofs. CLICKY
