I'm not a truck camper...don't know much about them. If this has been posted before, I apologize. It's a slow day and I'm bored. So.....is this possible?

I think you are on to something. I do a lot of image manipulation with Photoshop. I can't believe I missed the "hack job" with the tree...completely fake.
Thanks to all who posted. I'm always trying to learn and as I said, I'm not a TC guy.
It is a hack photoshop job but the bottom half still looks legit. I'm not sure why someone would change the top in a photo.
