Eight hundred pounds over weight is significant IMO.
4200lb pin plus whatever else added to it is making them little 17” tires squirm! Even with some top $ Commerical 285s still over capacity. Never mind the little steel rims and the nut behind the wheel.
But the OP got their advice and left for good. As should we.
