I should also mention G-Flex 2 part epoxy aswell, in case you can't get PL Premium where you are.
It's a 1:1 to easy mixing and has good flexibility. Been using it for years. Was the only epoxy I found that worked for gluing steel pins in beach stone. I use them as the bases for my kelp sculptures. And thos are just little 3/16 holes and pins so I imagine if you've got a good size flat surface to surface, the bond would be pretty close to enough to hang ur TC from...... :D :B
