I agree with Don on this one. I've seen it over and over. $100k Escalades flying off the lots, along with $70K pickups.
BAM gas hits $3 or more and all hell breaks loose. All the manufacturers will be scurrying around trying to correct, but it will take time. And the oil companies are laughing AGAIN
A note about Ford, I'm surprised about this but saw it on the news. With all their flag waving and chest beating I would hope that they thought long and hard about this.
Interesting article in Automotive News this week about Kia and some small Mexican town at odds about a plant being built there. Turns out massive concessions were given by a former Mayor of the state that are now being reversed. The new Mayor said no way and good for him. Payoffs still exist in old Mexico in seems.
All about the dollar and screw the working man, get's worse all the time.
