Thing is. As a axle maker. I'm pretty sure there are already a LOT of "American" vehicles already made in Mexico, and other out of country places. We ship axles all over the world, and many of them come back in "American" cars. Ram HD trucks (not all) are assembled in Mexico. They have a track with a wall they drive the trucks close to, To measure the amount of noise the "quiet" diesels make. GM makes many models off shore. Ford has made cars in Mexico for decades
What I am saying. Is don't get excited about it now, if you haven't already been excited about it. It is getting so much attention now, because of the election in November.
To know where your vehicle is assembled. Check your window sticker, and the content label. You could be surprised..
BTW. While I do care where passenger cars are made. More of them than not get my axles. So I don't really have a dog in this race.
