Forgotten, or most likely don't understand the contract those brochures,
web sites, etc represent to you, the public/buyer, by the OEM
It is called 'fine print' and is either at the bottom of those charts/listings/etc
or has a * or some such symbol that then is referenced somewhere else in their documentation
That 'fine print' modifies or established the 'context' of that RATING
AKA...weasel words by lawyers...
