Do all trucks, all models follow the standards now?

If Ford's F250/350 trucks could meet the SAE standards with the ratings they claim don't you think they would say they do?
2017 Ford HD's will no doubt meet the SAE standards they post. And WILL pass the tail gate "twist test".;)
