Yes, but none of those changes besides weight will effect its tow rating going by the J2807 test standards which is what I was talking about before you butted in the conversation and took it way off track.
Apparently Ford did make changes, as in adding aux transmission cooler to plain tow package which is REQUIRED to tow up to 11,100. To go above that you need Max Tow.
The Davis Dam portion of the J2807 must be conducted with temp at staring point of at least 100 degrees with AC on full set to coldest setting. Yeah, extra cooling does factor in to the 2807.
