- spoon059Explorer III researched new trailers for 2 years, went to a LOT of RV shows and walked through a LOT of different brands and trim lines. For my money, the JayFlight was the best product out there. Between the build quality and standard features, down to finishing details and price. We bought our new JayFlight earlier this spring and LOVE it.
- Y-GuyModeratorFew things to share. The Coleman name means nothing, it's just licensed for the purpose of name recognition. For years it was under the Fleetwood brand, then picked up by Dutchmen. Dutchmen is now owned by Thor.
My challenge to you is to go to both company websites. Now look up the warranty for each. How easy is it to find? I know that Jayco's is very easy. I couldn't find the warranty for Coleman. Though it's not the end all, it does make you question why.
Most of all as already stayed buy based on the Floorplan you like and the dealer that gives you the best service. - old_guyExplorerone thing to consider when looking at TT's, I personally would stay away from the cheap model or entry model from any TT manufacturer.
- Iraqvet05ExplorerWe love our Jayco. Bought it new in March 2013 and I've only had minor issues that I fixed myself. I have never had to take it to the dealer for a repair. We would buy a Jayco again.
- outdoorloversExplorerCheck the warranty. We're on our 2nd Jayco because of the two year warranty.

They are very similar. Pick the one that has the floor plan that best fits your needs and comfort.
Also: between the two, pick the one sold by the dealer your feel more trust and comfort with...You will need the service department to fix things after the sale and during the warranty period.
