Same frame, same wall construction, insulation etc. The Jay Flight has a heavier axle but only because it is longer and heavier. Sounds like the furnace on the Swift just blows from the unit itself, not ducted in the floor.
Call them back and ask the tire load range and axle ratings... There is a difference.
Simply looking at the BHBE floorplan in each line. JayFlight = 9250 GVWR. Swift = 8000 GVWR.
