Nobody really addressed your question about heat/ac. My previous TT had single roof mounted AC/Heat unit and it tended to be hot/cold where either end of the unit blew. My Jay Flight 28 ft TT has floor vents for heat and ceiling vents for AC. Still have AC unit on roof and in LR ceiling, but you can control how much AC comes out where by closing vents on unit to force more air into ductwork in bath and bedrooms. Oh yeah, it is also nice having a vent for both heat and ac in bathroom. You can shut the door and still have temp control. I love my JayFlight and will not trade it in until I get ready to buy my fulltime rig in another 5 years.
