And what is this based on because that is not what I have read from many reputable sources. A vast majority, 88 of 100, major metropolitan areas are far behind for what is need to have just 3 million EV's by 2025.

BC hydro estimates a 19 percent load increase if every personal vehicle magically became electric overnight. Most Utilities see no problems going forward and welcome the customers as efficiency is actually causing consumption to drop. It won’t hapen overnight. Lots of time to react.
