The 1 thing that will slow the progress in the Urban Areas... There is NO WAY the folks that live there would be able to support the EV.. Heck, down in Philly, and I am sure MOST other LARGE cities, most find it hard to get a parking spot on their block without putting a lawn chair out to try and SAVE the spot. .
AND I don't know the percentage, but can ASSUME A LOT of them can't pay to have a charging station added... Not to mention long enough cords...
They will be stealing cords and scrapping them for drug money... It is already happening to older homes, they are being broke in and the pipes are being cut out for drug money..
