Home ownership is still in the 60% range. And not all of those have parking conducive to in home charging irrespective of ability to run 240v.
That is a fact. There will be an adaptation period for sure. They are building a 192 unit Apartment complex near us. They advertise on their pre-opening board that EV charging for each parking spot available. My guess is either a 120 volt plug or maybe a 240 volt 15 amp curcuit. Older buildings will have to make adaptations if they want to attract clients. Many of them in this part of the world have block charger plugs already available though. They would work.
