They advertise on their pre-opening board that EV charging for each parking spot available. My guess is either a 120 volt plug or maybe a 240 volt 15 amp curcuit. Older buildings will have to make adaptations if they want to attract clients. Many of them in this part of the world have block charger plugs already available though. They would work.
New homes in California are already with built in solar panels.
My bro-in-laws house, they have net credit or zero electric bills even with 24/7 a/c on summer.
