We are in the exact same boat with our 2011 19H. Noticed some soft spots last year and they have gotten a lot worse. Reported it under warranty and it is supposed to go back to the Jayco factory for repairs in Oct when we are finished camping for the season. The luan butt joints were not staggered and they in turn compressed the foam in the middle. It has to be repaired from the inside no idea how they plan to do that. We have lost faith in our little trailer and are now looking at stick and tin as we do not want to deal with another sandwich floor. Best of luck to you.
