My friend works for an RV dealer. It seems that Jayco has a slightly different business model than most other RV manufactures. They rely on their dealers to "finish" the trailers. My friend was telling me that EVERY Jayco they receive from the factory needs work. He did say that once they finish doing the necessary work, the trailers usually are the best looking ones on the lot from a fit and finish standpoint.
I wouldn't have a problem buying one knowing that. It seems that the dealers get very experienced working on the Jayco trailers more than others.
