You need to verify your payload by the tire and loading sticker posted on driver's door. 1000+ pounds of TW with only 1200 pounds of payload for example does not mix.
The 32BHDS is probably too much weight. That will be 9000 pounds with 1100+ pounds of loaded TW. Some owners have weighed it at 1400 pounds of TW which your receiver cannot handle even if you had the payload.
