I have a 2013 Jayco Eagle now. Previously had 2 KZ's, one a Frontier, the other a Spree. The KZ's were nice with only very minor issues. The Spree though did not "feel" as sturdy, but really didn't present any problems. I think many "light weights" fall in this catagory of feeling a bit flimsy, but overall hold up ok.
The Eagle seems really well built and sturdy in comparison to many, (not all) models out there. After the last 2 RV shows I went to, I am still happy with my selection, and have not found another model/brand I would rather have in a travel trailer. Materials and finishing details have really made it nice. There are some changes I wouldn't mind having but I think that is with all brands.
