Remember the rear seat in the school bus verses the front or middle seats? Same concept. Our rear kitchen Jayco 29RKS 5th wheel gave us one broken plate on one trip out I-10 when it was still a buck board. Then we started putting a paper plate between each china plate and never had another problem. I prefer a RL for the big picture window but if we saw a RK unit we liked and everything was accessible with the slides in, I'd have another RK without worry.
Our previous rear bathroom Jayco Quest 5th wheel would occasionally splash water out of the toilet and on our first trip out, the closet rod broke out of the wall with our heavy jackets hanging on it. The school bus analogy applies there too.
