I have one. Improvement over the Yukon XL it replaced, but it still ran up above 240* tranny temps pulling my 7000 pound boat through the rockies on Sunday. I can't imagine towing more weight through mountains with it, despite it's 9200 pound tow rating.

There was a rumor that Ford was going to produce the Excursion again, but I'm sure that won't happen along with a HD diesel SUV from any brand. Cost, can't pull a fifth wheel and tree huggers to name a few is your reasons.- Needs woodgrain.....
