Jeep V-6 engine

Starting in 2012, Jeep wranglers started using the 3.6 Pentastar V6 engines. The early Pentastars did have some head problems. The heads were replaced under warranty and the heads were redesigned. I have two Jeep Wranglers (2014 and a 2015). Although I don't have many miles on them yet the engine is very strong and smooth. They also use these engines in the Ram 1500 trucks and there are many on the road with over 100K miles. It's a very good engine.
