JENSEN AWM975 STEREO PROBLEM
We have a 2013 Lance 1172 TC and this past weekend we tried the Jensen stereo and get nothing out of the speakers. We ran the troubleshooting guide checking, mute, fader, remote etc...still no sound ...

Not sure how to do these tasks but I will try and figure out.
As I posted before, if you are hearing static, the speakers are connected and the power amps are working. There is no need to do a continuity check. Sound, be it static or not, does not come from a disconnected speaker. Think about it.
Stop, call them back, and tell them that all the speaker connections are OK.
