Jensen Wall Mount Stereo issues
Hello all, We bought our 2013 Eagle Cap TC last April, new, first owners. All was good until mid June when the Jensen wall mount AM/FM/CD/DVD/USB model AMW975 stereo started coming on all by itself.....

I would like to first verify that the Alarm is not set and causing the stereo to turn on. If the Alarm is set, the word ALARM would be shown on the display. Second, I would like you to try and reset the AWM970. There is a small reset button located just above the Dolby Digital symbol at the bottom left hand corner of the faceplate. Take a pen or paper clip and gently press the reset button for about 5 seconds then release.

Thanks for this post, this is the exact same number I called and received the guidance I posted above. But I will try the reset button just to see what happens.
