So why do you want a jet? None of your described activities need one. I run a small Wooldridge outboard sled for shallow rivers and lake fishing but have a bigger prop boat for saltwater. I recommend you give Wooldridge a call and see what they recommend, even if you don't intend to buy from them. The family has been in the business for decades and are very knowledgeable.
