Did they do a CT scan of her noggin? If she doesn't feel better or gets worse take her to the hospital. You want to make sure she didn't cause a bleed and it is only a concussion.
We actually went to the ER the day it happened and they did absolutely nothing. The day after, she went to her own doctor and they just said to come back if it got worse. It wasn't until yesterday when it was worse that she was told to go get a CT scan, which wasn't as easy as it sounds. The doctor ordered the CT scan at 9:30 a.m. and it wasn't until 5:00 p.m. that the insurance company got back to the imaging group to verify they'd cover the procedure. Our health care is totally in the hands of the insurance companies and it really doesn't matter what the doctors think or say.
