Insulating thin walled RV is easy IF you build it air tight..which is the tricky part..with all pipes and tubes and lines penetrating walls floor and roof too in many places..
Then there are thermal breaks with very litle or no insulation,windows,frames,structural parts..
Look how thin are walls of your fridge for example and yet it keeps food frozen while its surounding temperature is hot in summer..
Build an RV like a fridge or thermos bottle,
(I think fiberglass would be best for this)
with double pane windows and it will be comfy like a regular house..
