I can answer one of those. A Boeing 737 burns about 800 gallons of J4 an hour. I tiny bit of that heat is siphoned off to heat the poorly insulated cabin. Let's be conservative and say you burned only 400 gallons an hour in your camper. Keeping it warm wouldn't be an issue.
