Just bought our first TT - T@B Max-S

Chris and I are very excited! We are picking up our first TT this Tuesday and couldn't be happier! We got a sweet deal on this TT. It's a 2016 USED but never USED by the original owner. It is a 2016 Pleasant Valley (T@B Max-S). The RV lot selling it was helping the owner out and took it on consignment. We wanted something small for just the two of us and our dog. We love the layout and the fact that the craftsmanship of the trailer is so well made. The Amish build this and use birch wood throughout. It has all the amenities we need. We stole this baby! We haggled them down to $13k and most of these brand new/used start at $17k or higher. It has a stove, refrigerator, counter space, t.v., shower, toilet, queen size bed, table, privacy windows, screens, cable hook up, a/c, heat, birch wood throughout, plenty of storage, fresh water, propane, battery, electric, and so much more.

We took the plunge and got our truck as well. We got a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn, used as well with only 9k miles on it. Again we got a super deal on it and we are so happy.

We are ready to hit the road to go camping and exploring!

    I was with a buddy who was picking up a new TT and looked at some T&B's on the lot. They had beautiful woodwork in them!

    Thank you for the advice! We are actually planning to stay at a KOA for the night and day that is not too far from the dealership. Living in South Florida and this time of the year is next to impossible to get a site! We did score one in Naples/Marco Island so we are stoked. We are going to take your advice on the video taping! That is a great idea. Since the RV is "used" but never used, we want to make sure we know what everything is and does.

    Funny you say that! We have a reservation set up for that night at the KOA in Naples/Marco Island, FL. Since the snowbirds are down our way it's next to impossible to get a campsite LOL. We just talked to North Trail RV, who we are buying it from, and they are having a T@B representative come and go over it with us. They are great! We are super excited.

    I am sure we will be the "first timers" at the KOA scratching our heads LOL...

    Congrats. I've never been in one but those things look tiny from the outside. Probably tows like it isn't there, though. I do prefer them to pop ups with tenting - probably much better in cool or hot weather plus more secure.

    Congratulations! With that tow vehicle and that trailer, you won't even know there is a trailer back there. A friendly caution (which you probably already know) -- just because your truck can effortlessly tow this trailer at 75 mph does not mean the trailer's tires can handle that speed. The chances are very good that they are limited to 65 mph.

Hey nothing wrong stealing from the dealer every now and then, especially when you get a great deal. Congrats sounds like a nice T.T. you got there and T.V. Happy camping!

    Congrats! Good times are ahead for you! You'll enjoy the T@B. And you'll never have any difficulty towing it!

    Remember, when you get it, you'll want to sleep in it the first night you get it home! So park it, stablize it, plug it in, hook-up a television, throw some sheets on the bed, make some pop-corn, and snuggle down for the night! You'll be so excited, you probably won't sleep much. But the second night...you will!
