Fourwheel make a great and very durable product. But they are certainly not for everyone. Popup campers are not for everyone. The Fourwheel can probably go on a newer F150. To be sure, you really need to know the actual weights of the camper and the actual numbers for the truck in question.
The first response told you to get the camper first, then the truck. That is always a good idea when you have this option. You need to know how you will live in the camper, and what type of amenities you expect at what time during your travels. A small Popup *may* be fine for you. Or it may not. You (and the people who will frequenty travel with you) should really climb inside as many different campers as possible and talk to as many owners as possible. There is no one-size-fits-all. Maybe go to a truck camper meeting/rallye in your area. Maybe buy used first and gather some experiences. Some of the things we thought would be ever so important to us turned out to be not important at all. Others which we had not thought about became dealbreakers. The next best thing to your own experience is to listen carefully to the experiences of others and ask very specific questions that matter to you and the people traveling with you.
