2 pieces of advice that I can give.
Instead of buying new stuff to put in the TT recycle stuff from the stick house. It gives you an excuse to buy nice new stuff for home. Example: DW wanted a toaster oven. I told her no way since the toaster worked just fine. Moved toaster to TT and now she has toaster oven at home.
Silverware at the dollar store is just as good for the TT.
Second keep a list in the TT for the first season. Make a list of things that you use all the time while camping. And a list of stuff that you use occasionally. At the end of the season anything not on the list can come out of the TT. No sense in hauling stuff you don't need. With exception of first aid and side-of-the-road items. Those you tote around and hopefully never use.
