When backing up, the head will swivel to one side or the other if you are backing up straight. If you have to change direction with your two vehicle a time or two on the way back, you will see the nose of the trailer shift to whichever side if you cut sharp enough.
I had one incidence where the foot of my tongue jack (rectangular shaped) ended up not being able to extend because I had backed up at an angle and the foot came into contact with the spring bar on the way down.
I solved that problem by not raising the foot of my jack above the spring bars. Worked just fine that way after that.
To your original question - not really any different than a normal backup other than realizing that the nose my shift one way or the other.
