While I believe the bump is overplayed it is for real! Do not believe it can't or won't happen. Set your controller to brake ahead and don't drift into turns without braking.
When I towed with the HA it was a non issue for me however I could create the bump if I cared to.
Try taking a left turn without braking. You need the force of the trailer to collapse the linkage while turning.
Ron It was good a idea to post the old thread when the bump was discussed to make all the new 4 linkage users aware of the issue.
