It's a great hitch, takes a lot of stress out of towing a long TT.
I had the bump a few times and it was no big deal. I would sometimes dial back my Prodigy controller when going slow around town (to avoid too much trailer braking / chattering at slow speeds). Was more of a surprise than anything. Once it found the sweet spot with my controller it wasn't an issue.
Hitch is definitely worth it. I did have to fiddle a bit with the mounting of the jacks to the TT to keep them perpendicular to the TT, the standard mounting arrangement wasn't ideal for my TT and the jacks would sometimes slip a bit and tilt. Easy fix. I think Sean has tips to help with this when needed. He is very responsive with support issues.
