Just purchased 1st TT...Jayco 29REKS

I would bet the tongue weight is not close to what is listed. Do some quick math and add 500-1000 lbs to the weight of the trailer then take the ideal 13-15% for tongue weight. I would bet there is around 1000 lbs or so on the tongue which proably with other goodies and people in the truck puts you pretty close to the max. At only the tongue weight listed you would be way too light on the tongue and looking for sway issues. Need the weight up front and yes a second bar or one of the better systems would be suggested too.
