Speaking from experience of towing with an F150 Ecoboost for 20,000 km's (17,000 km's with a 7000lb TT and 3,000km's with a nearly 10,000lb TT)with a very well setup Reese Dual Cam, your pushing the limits of that truck. Even if you adjust everything and get rid of any potential for sway that truck will be too soft for that heavy of a TT. Consider an upgrade to a 3/4 ton. The Ecoboost has enough pulling power for this load, the truck platform is simply too soft and limited with this size of trailer. Your taller and heavier tires don't help this situation either.
