- mdcampingExplorerDW can hear a pin drop anywhere in the campground...she especially loves hearing the car chimes from the keyless remotes at 2am :W For me I can sleep through a nuclear blast! All said we love our hybrid, the value it represents and how we can get in/out of anywhere.
We would like squeeze another 4 years before our hopefully next RV, we shall see :C
Mike - Jayco25EExplorerThis year makes 13 years he have had our Jayco 25E. We are looking at an APEX 300BH for the same reason. Getting older and want something that makes it harder to hear the neighbors while I am trying to sleep. Although we plan to sell our hybrid part of me is not sure I can part with it. Just so many good memories. I have two nieces that would go camping with us from the time they were about five years old. One is in college and one is graduating high school this year. And my son just turned 13 but he still likes to go and take friends. And like others we took our hybrid a lot of places. Good luck with your new TT.
- mileshuffExplorerWe had a 2004 Starcraft 21SSO. Loved it! Used it heavily for 10 years. Lots of dry camping in remote mountain areas. We're older and wanted a bedroom too. Traded it in for a small fifth wheel and love it! The 21SSO was a great trailer, lots of memories but the fifth suits fits our needs as we get older.
- GaryUTExplorer IIWe had our hybrid for 13 years, traveled all over the west and into Canada. Never had any major problems with the trailer.
We wanted something quicker to set up and not to have to worry about putting the tent ends away when they were wet.
We skipped over travel trailers and went to a fifth wheel.

It's been a fantastic RV "Starcraft 21SSO " And we used it a lot.
Easy to pull to State parks off the beaten path and the 21 footer really opened up.
We got older and wanted a bedroom.
Congrats - what did you get?
We ended up with a 2020 Keystone Outback 252urs, love the floorplan for 2.
You'll never hear one negative comment come from my mouth regarding Hybrids....what a memorable 10 year run.
WAIT, longer than that, our previous trailer was a Hybrid. Lol
Thanks for asking. - bikendanExplorer

We also sold our beloved Roo 23SS after 10 years but not because we were tired of it.
We had retired and wanted a trailer better suited for snowboarding in. We miss the openness of the hybrid but the walk-around queen bed and theater recliners ease the pain.:W
This gave me all sorts of fun images! ;)
Dang spell check! Should have been Snowbirding!:S
Though I am a snowboarder. Ride a K2 Electra 162 with Flow bindings and Vans Boa boots. - RICK-ards_RedExplorerSold our Jayco Hybrid after 7 or 8 years, lots of fun times but same as others, wanted a bedroom and bigger bathroom (ok DW wanted the bigger bathroom)
