All vehicles----SUV, Mini Van, 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, 1 ton SRW, 1 ton DRW etc. are capable of towing......provided they tow within their real ratings.

The ones I crack up at are those that want to tow based strictly on MFG. Tow Rating number without regard for the other numbers that come in to play long before that magical tow rating number is achieved.......axle ratings, payload capacity, rear tire load ratings.
