We all have read stories posted here about newbies being unhappy because they believed the sales person when they answered their question of "can I tow this trailer?" or "will this truck tow my trailer?". People tend to be overtrusting that sales people will not sell us something that will put us in danger. Their job is to sell, not look after our wellbeing. That is what I mean. Then we have those that post that anything less than a 1 ton dooley is all that should tow anything. thats overkill. thats what I mean. Its up to us to educate ourselves to a reasonable level to make an educated decision on what we need, to tow what we want to tow. I did that. I am happy.
