- Bears_DenExplorerYou have my sympathy. I live in Florida and I pray it stops snowing up north so I can get my state back from all these snowbirds.
- nevadanickExplorerI think it was someone on here that said they were going to load thier snowblower in the back of the truck and drive south until someone asked what that was in the back of the truck. Then they were going to move there.
- Boband4ExplorerWA7NDD -Be careful about throwing a rope over the roof to haul the tarp over the camper. I did that with my previous TT and created leak! When I was on the curb side with the rope over it to the street side the rope was rubbing against the edge of the roof and it wore about an inch off of the EPDM roof right where it folded over the edge of the wall. Just enough to create a leak into a cabinet. Luckily ae found it quickly and put about a foot of eternabond tape over the rubbed area. Solved the leak.
- WA7NDDExplorerIdaho is never in the national weather news. We deal with snow every year, as if its ok for Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming to have snow and power outages when it is ten to twenty below never an word about it. Let is snow on the east coast - well you've seen the news.
So this year I bought a MH and my TT is sitting outside of the garage. Decision, which one stays outside in the snow, and which one gets the garage. Well, the MH won, so I buy a blue tarp to cover the TT, Normally I never worry about this just put it in the garage winterize it.
No help around, so I toss a rope over the TT to pull the tarp over the top. For some reason the rope has a kickback, or the old guy throwing is always off balance. Down I go and not a sprinkle of snow in sight. Hurt my leg and back, finally get the tarp on and tied down. Suffer for weeks, get a shot in my back. I wish now, I had a much bigger garage.
The snow is now piled on the TT, and still not on the national news, and we lose power for most of the day and it's eight below, nothing new. Decision, the TT must go, but my wife selected it, and she won't put the tarp on, can you imagine that? - michigansandzilExplorer

Soon, very soon it will be spring! :C
Nice thought but it can be meaningless sometimes. Two years ago it snowed until the third week in April here. :S - mikenemExplorerWe're not far from you in Milford and feel the same way!

- Mike_UpExplorerOur camper looked like that a week or so ago. We had it really bad with lake effect snow. I'm not all that far away from where that massive crash on I94 happened, near Michigan City. That's why I always tell the wife, don't get on 94 if you don't have to!
