Looking that generator up, it appears to be a 240 volt generator, not a 120 volt inverter generator, which means that it really only puts out 1600 watts on each 120 volt leg, so the answer is yes, BUT NOT WITHOUT A STEP DOWN TRANSFORMER. If he springs for a 2:1 step down transformer of suitable wattage and plugs that into the 240 volt socket, it'll work. If he just plugs his RV into one of the 120 volt sockets, then no, it won't work.

My 2,800 watt Yamaha runs mine so I would expect it to run fine.

If it's putting out a legitimate 3200W as the model number implies, then it should. My 3000 runs mine fine. If it has idle control, it may not start at idle. You may have to wick up the throttle to get the AC to start smoothly. That's what I have to do, anyhow.
